ASOP Wine Class: Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir, Spätburgunder, Pinot Nero; however you call the grape, it's one of the world's most recognized and loved grape varieties. From its birthplace in Burgundy, to the fresh Spätburgunders from Germany and the majestical Pinot Noir from Oregon (US). This night is all about Pinot, the finicky grape that conquered the world.

ASOP Wine Class: Pinot Noir

During this tasting we will walk you through the flavor characteristics, the history and the growing conditions favored by Pinot Noir. You will be able to impress your friends with your knowledge of this Burgundian variety. We will discuss natural winemaking and of course taste some of the most fantastic examples.

The tasting will include 6-8 wines by Dominique Derain, Jonas Dostert, Sylvain Pataille, Rajat Parr and others.

We will start at 19:30 until around ten and includes cheeses and bread. A total of 15 tickets will be available.
