ASOP Wine Class: Savoie

⛰️ High up near the Alps lies the magical wine region of Savoie, an ancient wine region that creates unique and singular wines, right up our alley: lightbodied, low alcohol, ethereal and clearly expressing its cool climate terroir. 🇫🇷

ASOP Wine Class

During this tasting we will walk you through Savoie and all that makes this region so special. We will talk about the different styles, regions, grape varieties and the notable producers. We will discuss (natural) wine making and food pairings.

The tasting will include 6-8 wines by Domaine des Ardoisières, Les Vignes de Paradis, Prieuré Saint-Christophe and others.

We will start at 19:30 until around ten and includes cheeses and bread. A total of 15 tickets will be available.
