ASOP Wine Class: Slovenia

It's about time that we're focusing of one of Europe's more unknown hotbeds for natural wine: Slovenia. Hearty reds, mineral whites and some of world's most beautiful oranges wines, join us to discover the depth and complexity of Slovenian wines.

ASOP Wine Class

During this tasting we will walk you through Slovenia and all that makes this region so special. We will talk about the different styles, regions, grape varieties and notable producers. We will discuss natural wine making and food pairings.

The tasting will include 6-8 wines by Çotar, Kabaj, Movia, Suman, and others.

We will start at 19:30 until around ten and includes cheeses and bread. A total of 15 tickets will be available.
