A deliciously rich Champagne by Brocard-Pierre, or young winemaker Thibaud Brocard to be precise. He is located at the Côte des Bar, the Southern tip of Champagne. He works organically and adds as little sulfur as possible; we love his style of working and the touch of opulence that his Champagnes possess.
