Domaine de la Loue - Savagnin 2017

Our favorite discovery during the latest wine fair at Choux restaurant were these hidden gems from the Jura. Crazy good. It's creamy, has a beautiful smell of toasted hazelnuts and tropical fruit at the same time and a salty finish, just as you want out of a Savagnin with some age on it(!). For us this isn't less than any of the big name Jura producers that are almost impossible to find nowadays.
