Who doesn't love Chablis? One of the most Northern growing areas for Chardonnay, where it's high acidity and minerality play a central role in crafting super pure, terroir wines. Perfect company for oysters, fish dishes or hard cheeses.

A pure Chablis in a style that seems to suit the 2019 vintage perfectly. Wild fermented, barrel aged and bottled with no sulfur added by the new Domaine de l'Enclos, a former negociant that sold most of their vineyards and have kept the best parcels to create pure, organic wines.
