Finca Mas Perdut - Endogen Blanc 2020

A bestseller in our store is this 100% Xarel·lo by the small, artisanal domain Finca Mas Perdut in Penedès, Catalunya. Xarel·lo is one of the main grapes for the production of Cava, but is more and more often recognized as a grape variety capable of producing true quality wines. 

After the grapes are harvested by hand, they are fermented at low temperatures and then partly aged for 4 months in acacia barrels (75%) and ceramic amphoras (25%).
