Kenji & Mai Hodgson - O'Galarneau Cabernet Franc 2020

This is a beautiful and sauvage wine, by Japanese-Canadian Kenji Hodgson and his Japanese wife Mai. They are located in the Anjou region and focused on crafting delicious Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc and their wines are a hit in the natural wine bars of Paris. The total size of their micro-domaine spans only 4 hectares.

O'Galarneau is apparently a Quebecois dialect for Sun and this is juicy, energetic and highly drinkable 100% Cabernet Franc.
