Maison des Ardoisières - Silice 2021

Wines from Savoie are often amazing but rarely affordable, that's why we we're stoked to see the new project that Domaine des Ardoisières had started: Maison des Ardoisières, an entry level wine from bought, organic grapes in Savoie. 

Vinified on natural yeasts in fibreglass tanks (a Savoie tradition, apparently born out of poverty) and bottled after six months. Made from 100% Jacquère, the number one grape of this lower part of the Savoie.
