To create the perfect wine, Matassa severely limits the yield , so that each grape can reach its full potential. They use organic farming, long maceration, creating a truly beautiful wine.
Best way of consumption is to let the wine breathe for 20-30 minutes before drinking and finishing the bottle in the following two hours.
