Mikaël Bouges - La Bulle Methóde Ancestral 2019

What a delicious sparkler is this! Made from a rosé of Côt (the Loire Valley name for Malbec) and Gamay made in a non-vintage methode ancestrale. It's succulent, with flavors of ripe strawberries and a richness which is very soothing, almost dessert-like even though this wine is completely dry. Extremely well priced for the quality.
