Mikaël Bouges - Water l'Eau

Mikaël Bouges is a talented winemaker based in Touraine in the Loire Valley. We especially like the wines he makes with Menu Pineau, a relative of Chenin Blanc. This wine reminds of our favorite Chenins; refreshing yet savory, deep yet light and carried by a beautiful long acidity. This is one of the great natural wines of the Loire, highly recommended.
