A wine that's unique in the world. Sold in a cardboard tube to keep the bottle upside down. That's because this Champagne method wine hasn't been disgorged yet. Meaning all the lees are still collected in the neck of the bottle, to impart extra flavor and deliciousness. It's a bit of a trick to open the bottle, best done under water as you can see here. It's an amazingly rich and beautiful wine that can stand up to practically every Champagne. Made from 100% Chardonnay.
