Puy Arnaud - Cuvée Bistrot 2019

A juicy, easy going but still complex wine by the renowned Puy Arnaud from Bordeaux. Made from 100% Merlot, aged in stainless steel. Made to be served slightly chilled. They have been working organically since forever and since 2006 they have been working biodynamically, meaning this is wine from a very healthy and alive vineyard. This is a different and new take on Bordeaux, a region that so desperately needs a new breath of winemaking styles.
