Tissot - Chardonnay Rosé Massale 2018

From a rare pink mutation of the Chardonnay (the berries turn pale pink when ripe), Stéphane Tissot has used mass selection and planted it in a number of plots. So this cuvee comes from a number of different terroirs and comes from young vines - but is all of this pink variety. Which, by the way, is made as a 'normal' white wine - and just as good as other Chardonnays from Tissot. Impressive glass!
