Weszeli - Terrafactum Eden Rosé Naturtrüb 2020

A spicy Austrian Rosé based on mostly Zweigelt and a fifth Cabernet Franc. Lightness, refinement and complexity go hand in hand. This is the unfiltered version, giving the wine a deeper and more savory palate than the previous vintages we offered. A subtle floral bouquet with delicate red fruit supported by spicy herbaceousness. In the mouth, no bland rosé but a swinging, balanced version that combines precision with charm. Very delicious.
