We love the wines from Alexandre Bain, hailing from Pouilly-Fumé in the Loire Valley. This 100% Sauvignon Blanc is harvested late, from old vines and then spends 18 months in big 2500l barrels. Bottled unfiltered, unfined and with no added sulfites. Honey-suckled goodness.
