ASOP Wine Class: Beaujolais

It's the season of Beaujolais 🍷 and we're paying homage to our favorite wine region and our favorite grape during this wine class. We will tell you about what makes Beaujolais Beaujolais, the birthplace of natural wine, the grape varieties, the most important winemakers and what else constitutes the sense of place. We willtaste at least 8 different bottles accompanied by cheeses and breads. 

ASOP Wine Class

During this tasting we will walk you through the Beaujolais and all that makes this region so special. We will talk about the different styles, regions, grape varieties and notable producers. We will discuss natural wine making and food pairings.

The tasting will include at least 8 wines by Lapierre, Jean Foillard, Marc Delienne, and others.

We will start at 19:30 until around ten and tickets include cheeses and bread. A total of 15 tickets will be available.
