Natural Burgundy, there's not too much around of that. Especially not at the quality level that Domaine des Rouges-Queues is reaching here. 100% Chardonnay in a beautifully crafted way. Slightly filled, rich and when given some air a tiny hint of the lightest oxidation and resulting nuttiness. Remarkably light for the overripe vintage that 2018 is for so many other winemakers in the same area, showing the quality of this winery.
