A very special cider from our friends at Elegast, made from 100% pears. But what special is that it's made it what you could consider a real Dutch amfora: a Gres Pot, previously used as an earthen fermentation vessel for things as sauerkraut and mustard. Now it houses a 100% wild fermented pear cider, bottled unfiltered with a tiny bit of sulfur. Besides the freshness the gres pot gives the cider a minty aftertaste. Very rare cuvée.
