Alcohol free, 100% birch sap, harvested from Euforia's own birch trees and then finished off with foraged additions, in this case Riesling (Riesling and Welschriesling) grape skins from his friend and legendary natural winemaker Milan Nestarec. Of all the Euforia birchsaps, this is the most wine-like. It has fermented on the skins for some time so it's actually like an orange-wine-birch-sap, if you know what we mean. But then alcohol free.
