Finca Mas Perdut - Terrer Singular Malvasia 2020

This wine really excites us. What a find, from a winery where we have many found many great wines and deals. This is 100% Malvasia de Sitges, a true Catalan grape variety often used for sweet wines. In this case it's a 100% dry and aged for four months in amphorae. It's such in intense wine in flavor, in structure, reminiscent of an orange wine even though there was no skin contact. There mouth is filled with saltiness and minerality, with flavors of ripe peach, black tea and raisins with at the same time a well integrated by firm acidity. A wine that raises eyebrows, in a good way! 

Minimal sulfur added and only 790 bottles made.
