Jerome Bretaudeau is a legendary winemaker in Muscadet, with this V-Sens being a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. 50% whole-cluster for both varieties, alternating layers for infusion, indigenous yeast fermentation. Aged for 12 to 14 months in foudre with marc. No fining or filtration.
