L'Aigle a Deux Tétes - Côtes de Jura 2017

Real, organic, unadulterated Jura for less than €15 a bottle, are you kidding me? Somehow this is the case here and it's a delicious wine as well. Made from Pinot Noir and the local grape variety Trousseau. Fermented and aged in foudre (500L+) barrels, the grape varieties have been fermented on native yeasts separately and have been blended 50/50 before bottling.
