Lissner - Wolxheim Riesling 2019
Lissner's Riesling from their native village of Wolxheim. Lissner cultivate wild vineyards, unsprayed, weeds all over; all geared to growing their grapevines in its most natural way. Some vineyards are even no longer topped, to let the vines find out themselves they don't have to use are their energy towards plant growth but fruit intensity.
Smoky, layered, round fruited and young Riesling. Beautiful after opening the bottle an hour before drinking, even better the next day. A Lissner classic from his red clay and limestone soils, a wine we love. Total sulfites 24mg/l.
