Pheasant's Tears - Poliphonia 2019

A Georgian wine made from 417 grape varieties(!). The grapes are planted in an experimental vine nursery and Pheasant's Tears has decided to harvest them all together and create a co-ferment, from both red and white grapes. Wild, pure, raw and uncut.
