Urbajs - Organic Anarchy - Modri + Sivi Pinot 2019

A very rare wine from the legendary Aci Urbajs from Slovenia. A tiny winery with wines that are sought after all over the world. This is a blend of red Pinot Noir and white Pinot Grigio. Biodynamic vineyards, long and elegant maceration and ripening in old Slovenian oak foudres. Zero sulfur, unfiltered, only 300 bottles made (!).
