From the Brewery: "For this specific Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston, we blended lambikken originating from five different barrels and seven different brews. 60% of the lambik volume has been brewed with Pajot sourced grains. This is the first time we attain such a high percentage in one geuze blend. Full Pajot geuze is approaching! Because of the high proportion of two- and threeyear old lambikken, the weighted average age of this blend upon bottling clocks at more than 33 months."
