Domaine du Pech - Ludovic Bonelle - Le Pech Abusé 2016

What an impressive wine. Made from the Bordeaux grape varieties by master winemaker Ludovic Bonelle. His biodynamic vines grow in Buzet, where he creates deep, creative and lasting wines. All bottled without sulfur, which he only does when he feels the wines is completely stable. Sometimes this means it bottled after 4 years (this time), sometimes it means it's bottled after 14 years (Totem 2004).
