Jerome Forget - Domfront AOP 2022

One of the favorite ciders in our shop, and for very good reason. Pear ciders, or Perry, are often a bit too pear-like for us, but this is just so incredibly clean. A fine mousse, pure freshness, we've fooled people into thinking this is not cider but a wine. At 5,5% alcohol, it's the perfect aperitive.
