Les Grillons - Nicolas Renaud - Calcaires 2021

Ooh this is exciting. Legendary natural winemaker Nicolas Renaud of Les Grillons doesn't make much white, but damn this is exciting wine. Very reductive, very smoky, which makes you keep smelling the glass, longing for more. For the wine nerds.

2/3 Bourboulenc and 1/3 Grenache Blanc with vines from 1947(!)
