Mariette et Alberic - Charbyde en Scylla 2023

Our self-imported domaine Mariette et Alberic from the Loire craft this beautiful orange wine out of pure Chenin blanc. However, this wine is a result from two different picks. 

The first pick is quite early to harvest for optimal freshness, the second one slightly overripe for maximum flavor. The first pick is pressed direct, the second pick gets 14 days of skin contact. Then these two barrels are blended together and bottled. Zero sulfur added, pure natural wine energy.
