Paraiso Naturel - Vinho Verde

Man, what a fun surprise is that. Vinho Verde, the simplest form of Portugese wine, you'd say. But Paraiso Naturel is crafting something completely different here, this reminds us more of the nervy Jura whites than anything Portugese. Not to say that this is not a terroir-wine, it definitely is. It's just something we've never encountered before, and I guess that's why the wine game will be never played out! Delicious and highly recommended.

100% Loureiro, grown at 300m altitude at 20km from the Atlantic coast. 25% clay tinajas, 25% barrel, 50% stainless steel. Zero sulfur added.
