Etna, Tenerife, Santorini and many more places are among the most majestical wine regions in the world. It is awe inspiring to see old, native grape vines growing on steep volcanic sites. And that's what this night is all about, tasting terroir in its most ultimate form.
ASOP Wine Class: Volcanic Wines
During this tasting we will walk you through volcanic wines in all of its shapes and forms. We will talk about the different styles, regions, grape varieties and notable producers. We will discuss natural wine making and volcanic winemaking in particular.
The tasting will include 6-8 wines by names such as Frank Cornelissen, Envínate and more.
We will start at 19:30 until around ten and includes cheeses and bread. We hope to see you there!
