Daniel Ramos - El Berrakin Blanco orange 2021

A store favorite:

El Berrakin Blanco is not specifically a blanco, even though it has been made from white grapes. This is an orange wine, spending 17 days on the skins and then 5 months on the lees. Bottled unfiltered, giving it a beautiful haze.

This is creamy, flavors of ripe apples or apple sauce even. A nice saline touch and fine tannins that are reminiscent of green tea.
