This specific cuvée comes from braided vines (Cordon Trenzado) that outdate Phylloxera, vines aged up to 200 years old. The wine is aged in neutral oak barrels and bottled with a minute dose of sulfur (the Benje wines are 0). The wine is ever so light but so, so elegant with depth and complexity. A lesson in terroir and on par with some of the finest red wines we've had from the famous wine regions.
