Les Vignes de Paradis - Quintessence Chasselas 2022

Les Vignes de Paradis is one of our favorite wineries in the French Alps. This Savoiard winery is all about experimentation, while making organic wines in the Savoie, even though winemaker Dominique Lucas is a 5th generation Burgundy born winemaker. Dominique is the uncrowned king of Chasselas for us. This wine has been picked in two seperate passes, gently pressed and aged in fiberglass tanks (quite common in Savoie) and demi muid oak. 

Expect beautiful minerality, fresh acidity and a gentle softness to the wine.
