Optimbulles - Trilogie

A delicious blend of Champagne grape varieties grown in Borgloon, Belgium (!). A very natural touch in the cellar yet this drinks as a fine Champagne, with maybe a bit of a lifted acidity due to the cooler climate. A delicious wine and on par with many more expensive Champagnes.
