Philip Lardot - Kontakt Rosé 2023

A new wine for Philip Lardot is this mineral and deep rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir.  In 2023, besides his Kontakt Red the decision was made to do a very light skin contact rosé, some direct press, some only 24 hours, which was pressed and barrel aged for over six months and bottled in May. 

Basically to point out that even a simpler, entry level wine of Philip Lardot receives a more luxurious treatment than many domaines give their top wines.

A light colored, mineral driven rosé to accompany light meals or enjoy on a summer night in the garden, on the beach or park.
