20-3 | ASOP Wine Class: Muscadet (+oysters)

On the first day of Spring we are hosting one of our favorite tastings: Muscadet + oysters. Because it's one of the greatest wine pairings out there. Food + drink coming from the same region and meant to be together. Muscadet by itself may be one of the best buys in the world of wine: fresh, crisp, age-worthy(!), and affordable. This is going to be a fun one.

ASOP Wine Class

During this tasting we will walk you through Muscadet wine and everything that makes it special. We will talk about the different styles, the history and notable producers. We will discuss natural wine making and food pairings, which in this case will be oysters, of course.

The tasting will include 6-8 wines.

We will start at 19:30 until around ten and includes cheeses and bread. A total of 15 tickets will be available.
