Alexandre Bain - Pierre Précieuse 2019

This Sauvignon Blanc by natural wine legend Alexandre Bain comes from a vineyard rich in limestone, situated on gently rolling slopes, and crafted from the oldest vines of the estate. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging for 18 months in used French oak barrels and an additional 20 months in stainless steel. 

This extended aging process makes PP more refined than ever, delivering a pure and intense wine with notes of dried fruit, apricots, and green apple. It offers a perfect balance of tension, structure, and energy. This is a high-end natural wine, made entirely without sulfites.
