Courtois - Racines 2014 - Les Cailloux du Paradis

A true unicorn wine, this Racines rouge with ten years of age on it. This is one of the rarer natural wines out there, made by natural wine O.G. Claude Courtois. Located in Soings in the Loire, this is a blend of 50+ (!) grape varieties, including Gamay, Cabernet Franc, Côt (Malbec), Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc & Pineau d’ Aunis and 40 more, supposedly not all very legal in the Loire Valley. 

These wines are hard to find and especially with some age, for a price lower than the current store prices. All in all, a once in a lifetime deal! We suggest decanting the wine for about half an hour to get the full Racines experience.
