Envinate - La Santa de Úrsula Tinto 2020

50% Listán Negro, 48% Negramoll + 2% Listán Blanco from the majestic vineyards of Tenerife, as volcanic as wine gets by one of our favorite wineries: Envínate.

A small part of the wine has been made via carbonic maceration, the rest mostly whole bunch. Aged for 8 months in 229 liter used barriques. This is volcanic wine for Burgundy drinkers.
