Manuel Girard - Fleurie Initiatique 2021

One of our favorite recent finds is this specific vintage of Manuel Girard's Fleurie. Because 2021 was a colder year, this is not a big hearty Beaujolais (yeah, with climate change that has unfortunately kinda become the region's style) but a light and ethereal red. 

Energy, natural wine freshness, drinkability. We're very happy to have started work with the wines of Manuel.
