Delicious! This is a light Pinot Noir from the Mosel, made in a semi-carbonic style. Red fruit, minerality, good acidity and the magic capability of the bottle being empty before you know it. We don't get many bottles of this wine, we recommend you not missing out on it.

100% Pinot Noir, 50% submerged carbonic maceration in 50% direct press juice, 7 months of ageing in oak barrels. The oak adds a complexer, richer touch to the wine.
