Pierre Morey - Bourgogne Aligoté 2022

The Aligoté from the organic/ biodynamic icon of Pierre Morey in Meursault. These are healthy grapes, Pierre Morey has been working organic since 1991, for over 30 years now. This Aligoté, Burgundy's other grape besides Chardonnay, has been spontaneously fermented in glass lined cement for 80% and 20% in neutral oak.
