Vivanterre - ARS Blanc 2021

Vivanterre, some of the most iconically designed bottles out there. But we don't buy because of labels, what's in the bottle is very convincing! A project between a New York entity and Patrick Bouju, these are negoçe wines where grapes from even different wine regions can be mixed. In this case it's just Alsace, with Riesling and Sylvaner (and some Auxerrois?). It's beautifully reductive, with length and precision. No sulfur added.
