Leguer - Granit Cidre Brut
Extra dry Breton pure nature cider from the Cidrerie du Léguer, from the picturesque town of Lannion in the rugged north of Brittany. Small farm of about 4 hectares. The apples are harvested there by hand. The juice of the cider apples is spontaneously fermented, without any additives, not even sulfite.
The Granit is an extra brut, or brut brut as Cédric says. So minimal residual sweetness, nice and tight and fresh, very thirst-quenching.
