Robert - Denogent - Macon Villages Les Sardines 2021

Robert-Denogent is one of the O.G.'s of the natural wine scene, since the early days of Lapierre, Foillard and Descombes. This is a Macon-Villages Chardonnay that just brims with high energy without the nearest sign of funk. It's like our favorite Jura's and just sings. We love this wine. After direct press it spends 18 months on the lees in barrels, giving it it's Jura like reduction. Bottled without sulfur.
