Sylvain Pataille - Bourgogne Rouge 2021

One of our favorite winemakers in Bourgogne is Sylvain Pataille, from Marsannay. The uncrowned king of Aligoté and one of the best price / quality ratio Bourgogne Pinot Noirs out there. This bottle is from the colder 2021 vintage, which we think benefits Sylvain's style of winemaking. More berry-like freshness, without being too vegetal. A really nice Pinot Noir.
